Joseph E. Keil

GUILDERLAND – Joseph E. Keil, 78, of Guilderland, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015. He was born in Albany, and lived in the area all his life. He was employed for many years by the former City and County Savings Bank, and later by Trustco Bank.

Mr. Keil was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Prindle Keil, in 2009. He is survived by his sons, Joseph V. Keil (Kathleen) of Quincy, Mass., and James S. Keil of Albany; his sister, Rose Steff of Colonie; his grandchildren, Sean and Colleen Keil; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, John Keil, and his sister, Carol Audino.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Christ the King Church, 20 Sumpter Ave., Guilderland, on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited.
