Patricia A. Fuerst

EAST GREENBUSH – Patricia A. Reilly Fuerst, 88, of East Greenbush, passed away on on Sunday, November 13, 2022.  Patricia was born in Albany, and lived for many years in East Greenbush.  She was employed as a legal secretary by the office of James Woolsey in Albany for many years.  She also was a former member and past president of the Watervliet Elks Club Auxiliary.  She and her late husband enjoyed dinner and dancing.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Carl W. Fuerst;  she is survived by her longtime companion Kerry King; her daughter MaryAnn  Schittino (Joseph) of Albany; her stepson Kenneth Fuerst (Charlotte) of Rotterdam; her grandchildren Danielle Schittino and Salvatore Schittino (Stephanie); her great grandchildren Olivia and Julianna Schittino; and by two nieces and one nephew.  She was predeceased by her sister Frances A. Elliot.

Funeral services will be held in the Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany, Friday at 12:00 noon.  Relatives and friends are invited, and may call at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.   The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  To leave a message of condolence for the family or obtain directions to the funeral home, please visit www.HansFuneralHome.com.
